Everything you need to know about our printing service
Simply scroll to the "Place Your Order" section, fill in your name, mobile number, address, select print type, upload your PDF file, enter the number of copies, and choose your expected delivery date. Once submitted, you'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation with your Order ID.
We have a minimum of 100 total pages per order (copies × pages). The maximum is 10,000 total pages per single order. For orders above 10,000 pages, please contact us directly on WhatsApp for a bulk quote.
We currently accept PDF files only. Please convert your Word documents, images, or other files to PDF before uploading. The maximum file size supported is 100 MB.
You can track your order in real-time using the "Track Your Order" section on this page. Enter your 10-digit mobile number or the Order ID you received on WhatsApp. Order status updates automatically — no need to refresh!
We offer three print types: Black & White (single side), B&W Both Sides (duplex printing, costs slightly less per page), and Colour Print. You can also add Spiral Binding for an additional charge per copy.
We serve Madurai and nearby areas. You can provide your full delivery address while placing the order, and our team will coordinate delivery or pickup based on your location. Contact us on WhatsApp for specific area availability.
You can choose your expected delivery date while placing the order — delivery is available from the next day onwards. Actual delivery time depends on order size and our current workload. You'll always be updated via WhatsApp.
Payment details will be shared via WhatsApp after your order is confirmed. We accept UPI, cash on delivery, and other common payment methods. The total cost is shown clearly before you place the order.
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your Order ID. Cancellations are possible as long as printing has not yet started. Once the order is "In Progress," changes may not be possible.
Yes! We offer special discounts for college students, bulk printing orders, and returning customers. Contact us on WhatsApp or show your previous order receipt for loyalty discounts. Corporate orders are also welcome!
